**והו"ה הבל רעי ענא וקין הוה גבר פלח וכו'.** הנה אצל הבל לא כתיב גב"ר (בראשית ד ב), אלא דקשיא ליה למה נכתוב עבודת הבל קודם קי"ן הבכור, אלא על כרחך דהבל כבר עסק במרעה הצאן, וקין עדיין לא עבד האדמה רק קיבל עליו להיות איש האדמה. וזה ששינה והוסיף תיבת גב"ר, להורות שהיה רק איש האדמה אבל עדיין לא עבדה, על כן הקדים מעשה הבל שכבר עבד עבודתו, והורה לנו בזה צדקת הבל הגם שכבר עמל במרעה, עם כל זה לא חס על מיטב צאנו להביא מנחה להשם, וקין הגם שעדיין לא נתעמל במיטב הארץ, עם כל זה לא הביא רק ממין גרוע, נ"ל:

**ליום דינא חטאך נטיר דעתיד לאיתפרעא מינך.** עיין ברש"י ומ"ש שם. ואפשר דעת המתרגם ואליך תשוקתו. ר"ל התשוקה להיפרע ממך הוא אליך, היינו לטובתך כדי שיזדכך חומרך, ואם תעשה תשובה התשובה תזדכך אותך כמו ביסורין, נ"ל:

**לא גברא קטילת וכו' ואף לא עולמא חבלית וכו'.** נראה דעתו דנשיו היו פורשות מחמת גזרות המבול (עיין ב"ר פכ"ג ד'), ושיעור הכתוב לדעתי כי איש הרגתי (בראשית ד כג), האם הרגתי איש שיהא זה גורם לפצע"י, וכי ילד הרגתי שיהא זה גורם לכליון בניי שהם חבורה שלי, כי הבנים הם חבורה של האב, נ"ל:
