דישוד דמא דאינשא בסהדין וכפירוש רש"י, דאם לא כן הוא מיותר, כי כבר נאמר למעלה (בראשית ט ה) אדרוש את נפש האדם:

**ושרי נח גבר פלח בארעא.** פירש ויח"ל (בראשית ט כ) לשון התחלה, והכוונה לפי זה שהתחיל להיות איש האדמה.

**יפת הויה ליפת וישרי שכינתיה (בראשית ט כז).** דאי אפשר לפרש וישכון באהלי שם שיפת ישכון באהלי שם, כי מה ברכה הוא זו, על כרחך לומר דקאי על הויה הנזכר מקודם בפסוק, ואי אפשר לומר כפשוטו רק שכינתו ית' כידוע למשכילים השוכן אתנו ושכנתי בתוך בני ישראל (שמות כט מה), שהוא בחינת שכינה השוכנת בתחתונים והוא מקור נשמת ישראל.
