לולי דמסתפינא להעלות בכתב מה ששמעתי ממורי דברים נוראים בענין מיתוק דינין ש"כ ופ"ר, והמתקת הרהורים על ידי שם **שדי** וחילופו **כהה** וגם שם **הויה** בחילוף [הוא שם **כוזו**], ורשמתי ראשי פרקים בנייר בפני עצמו:
