**ועבדתם את ה' אלהיכם ובירך את לחמך ואת מימך וגו',**כשמדבר דברי תורה על השלחן, הדברי תורה הם נשמה לאותו הגשמיות של השלחן, וידבר הרבה דברי תורה על שלחנו תמיד בסעודתו בחול וכל שכן בשבת:

When you discuss words of Torah at your meals, the words become the soul for the physicality [of the food] on the table before you. You should always speak a lot of Torah at your meals – during the week, and all the more so, on Shabbos.
