**ועובר נמי המספר וכו' שהוא אזהרה לגסי הרוח.** כן איתא בסוטה (דף ה') ואיתא בסמ"ג בהקדמה שרמזו לו על לאו זה מן השמים שלא ישכח מלמנותו ומנאהו בל"ת ס"ד ע"ש. ומש"כ מסתמא הוא מחשיב את עצמו וכו' כן כתב ר"י בש"ת במאמר קע"ד עי"ש. ודע, דלאו זה אין שיך בעניננו, כי אם בלשה"ר ולא ברכילות, ורק להמספר בלבד, אמנם אפילו על אמת ואפילו שלא בפניו. ולענין המתכבד בקלון חברו עיין בשה"ק שכתב דזה דווקא בפניו וכוונתו דשלא בפניו אין חמור כ"כ לענין עוה"ב אבל איסור גאוה ושארי איסורים יש גם שלא בפניו כמו שכתבנו ופשוט.
