**הגם** שאין דרכי לכתוב עניינים כאלו כי כבר קדמן קמאי דקמאי קדושי עליון בהתנהגות סדר היום. ושם מבואר כל הימים לכל שבתות קדשנו וכל המועדים. ומה לנו להושיט יד במקומות הקדושים והנוראים האלו אך מחמת חיבת אנ"ש שבאו ממקום קדוש יהלכו ומריחוק מקום. בעזה"י יתקרבו הלבבות להטות אזנם ולשמוע בלימודים. ומהסתם דברי הנאמרים הם מפי ספרים וסופרים:

**אח"כ** יעשה כאו"א כפי רגילתו הן באכילה שיהיה במתון כאוכל לפני כו'. ויקבעו עתים לתורה אותם הטרודים. ואותם הפנויים עליהם נאמר תורתם אומנותם והעיקר לקבל מהלימוד איזו מדה טובה איך שיהי' במקום שאפשר מתוך הלימוד בעצמו מה טוב. ובלימוד פשט התורה יצוייר במחשבתם קודם הלימוד כי ד"ת שבכתב ושבע"פ ואפי' מה שתלמיד ותיק עתיד לחדש כולם נתנו מרועה אחד מסיני. והמאור שבה מחזיר למוטב:

**ובהגיע** יום הכנת שבת מחוייב כ"א וא' להכין את גופו. וטהרו ממה שעבר וקדשו לע"ל. ומבפנים ומבחוץ שיהיה תוכו כברו כדי שיחול עליו קדושת שבת קודש בכל התפלות ובכל הסעודות שכולם עליות גבוה וחיבה יתירה נודעת:

**ובהגיע** זמנים המקודשים. כאו"א יכין א"ע כפי הזמן גרמא לקבל קדושת היום בתפלותיהם ובמצות מעשיותיהם כי כל אלו עומדים ברומו של עולם. היינו האדם המיוחד לזה. והעיקר שבכל יום צריך האדם ליתן לו מעין ברכותיו שמשפיע חיות ומחזיר נשמות חדשים לבקרים רבה אמונתו. צריך כל או"א לידע מה עשייתו וחדושו בכל יום שיהיו בעיניו כחדשים ואם שמוע בישן תשמעו בחדש. וכל זה צריך גודל ישוב הדעת ואהבת חברים מקשיבים לדבר בזה לפי חשבון הנפש שלא יהיו מהעולים במעלות יתר מכדי מעמדם. ובכל מקום שהוא יכול למצוא כל הנ"ל ויהי' קרוב לאמת מארץ תצמח. היינו משפל המדרגות ע"י אמת נוכל לבוא לרום המעלות לפי ערכנו ושיעורנו כמו תיבת אמת שכולל ראש תוך וסוף. ובו נכלל כל המעשים ודיבורים ומחשבות לטוב:

**בקומו** משנתו לא ידבר שום דיבור אם לא בהכרח קודם ברכת השחר וברכת התורה. ויאמר תיקון רחל ותיקון לאה. לבר מימים שא"א תחנון יתנהג כאמור בסידורים וכשיתחיל באיזה ענין לאמרו אל יפסיק עד אמירת כולו וגם בכל אמירת קרבנות וקטורת לא יפסיק עד אמירת כולו. ויאמר כל ענין ביישוב ובמתון. ולעיין בפירוש המלות כפי שכלו. ואם יוכל לחדש איזה ענין באמירתו לגבוה כפי שכלו שיהיה מזה טוב ללבו ולעבודתו שבלב זו תפלה. מה טוב:

**הכלל** כל יום ויום תן לו מעין ברכותיו הן ביראה הן באהבה הן בשמחה וטוב לבב במעשה ודבור ומחשבה לפי הזמן הנמשך ממקראי קודש ישראל ראשית תבואתו. והעיקר שכל זמן וכל תפלה וכל לימוד לא יהי' כמצות אנשים מלומדה רק לקרב א"ע לפי ערכו ושכלו לרצון הש"י ולרצון יראיו יעשה וידבר ויקבל בלב. ולהאריך אין מהצורך רק ממנו תקיש אל השאר:

**עיקר** סדר היום הוא הנקודה שבלב ומה היא הנקודה אמונה ויראה. אם יש בו הנקודה אזי הכל טוב הן התפלה היא בטוב והן הלימוד הוא בטוב. ואיך נוטלים הנקודה ע"י מעשיות באים אל הנקודה:

**העיקר** הוא להחזיק טובה. כשקם בבוקר צריכין לברך שלא עשני גוי הוא טוב מאוד. שלא עשני עבד הוא טוב מאוד. ואח"כ פוקח עורים זהו מדברים הגופניים. המחזיר נשמות לפגרים מתים. שנעשה בריה חדשה כי כששוכבים לישן יוצאים כל הכוחות. וכשקמים בבוקר קמים במוח זך וצלול:

**העיקר** הוא שלא יהי' מבולבל ומטושטש. כי מבולבל לא טוב מאוד ומאוס. כי בזה יכול ליפול בכל. ויעשו כל דבר במתון ובנחת. מחץ מתני"ם קמיו. ר"ל במתו"ן מוחצים כל הקמים. רק שיתאמץ בזה עם הלב ועם המחשבה בהדבר שהוא עושה לפי כחו ולא יותר. כמאמר המדרש כשנותן נותן לפי כוחו וכשמבקש אינו מבקש אלא לפי כוחו. רק כפי מה שכוחו נושא ולא יותר ובר ישראל צריך להיות יקר מאוד בעיני עצמו וצריך להאמין בעצמו שכל מה שהוא עושה מתקן מאוד בזה. אין אנו מדברים על עולמות עליונים. רק אנו מדברים על עולמו של עצמו. ואין להחזיק א"ע שהוא מרוחק. כי מאיזו סיבה נמשך ההרחקה. מזה שקילקל מעשיו. רק לפני הבורא ב"ה הכל ישר אם אלהבא הוא טוב:

**העיקר** מכל המדות רעות הוא עצבות ומרה שחורה. כי זהו רק איין פאר שטעלונג. היצה"ר וויקולט איין בזה תשובה ורוח נשברה. אבל הוא דבר מאוס וטריפה. כי הסימן מן לב נשבר הוא שמחה. והא ראי' בשמחת בית השואבה היו שופכין כמים לבם. ובשם הי' השמחה האמיתית. והכעס ג"כ בוודאי לא טוב מאוד. ומדת הגאות הוא מר מאוד:

**בשם** אדמו"ר רש"ק זי"ע זצ"ל. למה נקרא גמרא שהוא ל' גומר"א דאשא. כי בשעה שאדם לומד התורה לשמה בוער להש"י למסור נפשו בשבילו ותאב לתפלה. ע"כ קודם הלימוד יעשה חשבון בעצמו לפני מי הוא לומד. לפני מלך מלכי המלכים הקב"ה. ולייחד הלימוד למי שאמר והיה העולם. ואחר הלימוד יעשה חשבון בעצמו ויסתכל במדותיו וישבור לבו על זה. וע"ז אמר דהמע"ה לב נשבר ונדכה אלקים לא תבזה. אבל יש ב"א שיושב בכרס מלא ללמוד בלא חשבון ואחר הלימוד מתגאה לומר אני לומד הדק היטב וחושב בלבו למי יחפוץ המלך יותר ממני. וע"ז הדרך איתא בגמרא כל המתגאה וכו'. ובמה נחשב הלימוד לפני הש"י. אין התורה ניתנה אלא ללמוד ולעשות. ומה הוא מתפלל בכל יום באהבה רבה ומתחנן לפני הקב"ה בפיו ואומר אבינו אב הרחמן המרחם רחם עלינו וכו' ללמוד וללמד לשמור ולעשות ולקיים. ואחר התפלה עושה בהיפוך ונמצא הוא שקר גמור. וע"ז אמר דהמע"ה אשרי האיש אשר לא הלך בעצת רשעים ובדרך חטאים לא עמד וגו':

**לעולם** יסדר אדם שבחו של הקב"ה. ומה לנו לדבר בשבחו של מקום. הגם אשר סוף כל סוף יבא כל אדם מישראל לזו הבחינה שעל ידו יתעלה כבוד המקום ב"ה. רק פשוט צריך כל אדם לתקן כל דבר ולתקן ולשבח את מקומו שלו. ומהו מקומו. בכל מקום אשר אזכיר את שמי ומחוייב כל אדם לתקן את מקומו. והלא זה ידוע כי דל"ת אמות של אדם קונות לו בכל מקום. וצריך לראות לטהר ולהעלות בכל מקום שהוא הד' אמות סביבותיו. ופשיטא שצריך לתקן את גופו ולקדש עצמו ולשמור עצמו ממדות רעות ח"ו. ומהסתכלות רעות ח"ו. רק לקשר כל שעה ושעה להקב"ה. וכפי דאיתא באבות אין לך אדם שאין לו שעה ואין לך דבר שאין לו מקום. כי צריך לקשר כל שעה למקומו של עולם היינו לשמור עצמו ממדות רעות ח"ו. כי זה ידוע כשם שהמדות טובות ממשיכים הטוב כך ח"ו איזו מדה רעה ממשיך ח"ו עוד מדות רעות ח"ו. לזאת צריך כל אדם לחזק עצמו. ולא לאבד ח"ו שעה אחת. ולדבק במדות טובות ובמחשבה טובה. ומן המחשבה יבוא ללב. ואח"כ מן הלב חזרה להמחשבה. ואח"כ להדיבור. כי העיקר הוא בעובדא ומלולא ורעותא דלבא. כי זה עיקר החיות של זה העולם ושל העוה"ב וימות המשיח ותחיית המתים הכל נלקח ע"י אחב"י מן העשיות טובות בזה:

**ובאמת** כל איש מישראל יוכל לבוא לכל טוב הגנוז ומחוייב לבוא לזה. ובוודאי יבוא לזה הטוב ויתברר ויתצרף ויתלבן עד שישיג טובו ואורו של הקב"ה. והראיה והלא מלאכים ושרפים ואופנים נשרפים מפחד משמו הגדול והקדוש. ואנחנו עם בני ישראל יש לנו זכיה גדולה כל כך אשר בכל יום אנחנו מזכירים שמו הגדול והקדוש בתפלה. מתחילת התפלה ק"ש קטנה. ואח"כ קרבנות וקטורת. ומזהירין אנו תמיד לומר קטורת בצבור. לבד מה שאצלינו ברור שזה שמירה גדולה לכל דבר יש בזה עוד יחודים ועליות עולמות עד אין שיעור. ואח"כ ברוך שאמר. ופסוקי דזמרה ויוצר אור וק"ש ותפלה הכל הוא רק עליית עולמות ומסירת נפש עד אין שיעור. והקב"ה מסר לנו הכל שע"י התפלות שאנו מתפללין ועל ידינו יהיו נעשים כל היחודים. ואין אני מדבר אשר בעת התפלה יכוין כל אחד לזה רק יתפלל כל אחד כדרכו לפי מידותיו ולפי מוחו. רק יכין א"ע קודם התפלה לעבודת הבורא. וכמו כן אחר התפלה יראה לקשר עצמו להבורא ב"ה. וממילא יקבל חיות מהתפלה. ולא יניח אותו לילך בעצת היצר. ואם ח"ו עכ"ז יפול אחר כך לעצת היצר לא יהיה לו מרה שחורה מזה. כי המרה שחורה מביא את האדם לכל המדות רעות ר"ל. רק ישליך זאת אחרי גוו. ויראה לקיים אח"כ כאשר דברנו ויקבל חיות מן התפלה ובודאי יעזור לו הש"י שיפטר מיצה"ר לגמרי. והעיקר שיתפלל בציבור הן אל כביר לא ימאס. וילבש עצמו בטלית ותפילין קודם לעולם יהא אדם. בכדי שיתפלל ק"ש קטנה בטלית ותפילין ופשיטא קטורת. ובפרט כשעומד בטלית ותפילין מקבל עליו עול מ"ש יותר. ולא לדבר בעת התפלה. וזה אצלי ברור אשר תפלה בצבור יכול לעזור לאדם בכל דבר כמו צדיק הדור. ואחר כך יקבע עיתים לתורה. והעיקר שלא ילך ח"ו שעה אחת מן היום לריק. זהו סדר היום. וכדאיתא בזוה"ק:
