כְּשֶׁיִּתְאַסְּפוּ לֹא יְדַבְּרוּ דְּבָרִים בְּטֵלִים, רַק יִלְמְדוּ כל אחד דָּבָר שֶׁרוֹצֶה לִלְמֹד, זֶה גְּמָרָא, זֶה מִשְׁנָיוֹת וכו'. אֲבָל שִׁעוּר אֶחָד יִקְבְּעוּ לִלְמֹד כֻּלָּם יַחַד, אִם פַּעַם אַחַת בְּשָׁבוּעַ אוֹ יוֹתֵר פְּעָמִים, כְּפִי שֶׁיִּתְרַצּוּ רֹב הַחֲבֵרִים, וּבִפְרָט עִנְיְנֵי הַדְרָכָה וְכֵן קֻנְטְרֵס הַזֶּה שֶׁכֻּלָּם יִלְמְדוּ יַחַד.

At your meetings, do not engage in trivial chatter. Everyone present should learn whatever he desires: Talmud, mishnah and so forth. But once a week (or more often, as te majority decides) hold a joint learning session. Choose a text that offers guidance, and learn it together.
