**למעלה מן הצדדין.** כלומר, אם החלון הוא למעלה מן הכותל שהוא סומך, צריך להרחיק (להנמיך) את הכותל ארבע אמות, כדי שלא יעמוד על הכותל ויציץ, וכן הדין אם בנה כותל מן הצד (רוחב הכותל לצד החלון).
