**מקבלין פקדונות וכו'.** צ"ל: מקבלי פקדונות וכו'. והכוונה לאנשים שמוסרים להם פקדונות לשמירה, משום שהיו להם מקומות בטוחים מגנבים ומשריפה, והיו מקבלים שכר בעד הפקדונות. וכן בכולן הטוען טוען שלא מסר להם לעבודה, או לרעייה וכו'. עיין בבה"א.

**אמרת למוכרם וכו'.** כנראה, שדברו בהוה, ודרכם היה לתת תכופות לאומן כלים כדי לתקנן ולשפרן כשרצו למכור אותם, וכן עבד ללמדו אומנות כדי שיוכל למוכרו ביוקר, והיו נותנין רשות לאומן למוכרם בשבילו, או ליתנם במתנה בשבילו (והנותן בעין יפה נותן). עיין בבה"א.

**הרי הוא אומ' וכו'.** הנכון בכי"ע: הרי הוא חזקה. ולשלמה שנים וכו'. ור' יהודה חולק על ר' עקיבא מטעם אחר, משום שסובר שבשעה שהוא במדינה הרי זו חזקה בשנה אחת שלמה, וממילא אין כאן חצי דבר. ואח"כ מביא ר' יהודה ראיה מן הפסוק ששנה שלמה כוללת גם את חודש העיבור. עיין בבה"א.
