**בבית דין וכו'.** כלומר, שב"ד נתנו לו מתנות כהונה בשעת חלוקת יורשין, אינו כלום, שמא ירש את התרומה מאבי אמו כהן.

**או שהיו וכו'.** צ"ל: את (כגי' כי"ע) שהיו וכו'. כלומר, דווקא בהעידו: "שהיינו" מוליכים נאמנין, אבל אם העידו: "שהיו אחרים" מוליכין, אין נאמנין.
