**מותר ליתן וכו'.** כלומר, מותר ליתן טבל שלא נקבע למעשר לתוך המיחם או האלפס השני, שהוא מערה לתוכו, מפני שכלי שני אינו מבשל. אבל אסור ליתן לתוך המיחם וכו' הראשון, שהוא מערה ממנו, מפני שהראשון היה על האש, ואש קובע למעשרות.

**הבדדין וכו'.** כלומר, פועלי בית הבד שנוטלים שמן מבד של בעה"ב ומדליקין בו והולכים לבית הבד אחר של אותו בעה"ב אין חוששים משום גזל, ואף אין בהדלקה עראית זו משום הנאת כילוי של טבל.
