**אע"פ שמחזירן וכו'.** צ"ל: אע"פ שאין מחזירן וכו', כגי' כי"ע. וברייתא זו מבארת את משנתנו (פ"ד מ"ג): ר' אליעזר אומר מן המעטן הטהור חייב, ומן הטמא פטור, מפני שהוא מחזיר את המותר. כלומר, אם נטל בסתם ידים (שהן בחזקת מסואבות) זיתים מן המעטן הטהור נטבלו מפני שאינו יכול להחזיר את המותר, שהרי נטמאו הזיתים, ולא יחזיר זיתים טמאים למעטן טהור. וחכמים חולקים עליו, ואמרו לפניו שיכול להחזירן למעטן אחר. ועיין בבה"א.

**כסבר וכו'.** כוסבר הוא גד שבמקרא (coriander), ועיקרו לזרע שבו, אבל אם חשב עליה אח"כ לירק, באה במחשבת ירק, ומתעשרת זרע וירק.
