**במי דברים אמורי' וכו'.** דברי ר' יהודה דבוקים למשנתנו פ"ג מ"א: וכן במותריהן, כלומר, אם גבו מעות לצורך קדושה חמורה, אסור להשתמש במותר הכסף לקדושה קלה, ועליה אמר ר' יהודה במה דברים אמורים בזמן שלא התנו בשעת הגבייה שהם יכולים להשתמש במותר לדברים אחרים וכו', עיין בבה"א.
