**עד שלא ימתיקו וכו'.** כלומר, כשהם מרים וקשים ואינם ראויים לאכילה אלא ע"י כבישה (המתקה), אין אדם טורח להמתיק פחות מכגרוגרת, אבל אם כבר נתמתקו ונתרככו, והם ראויים למאכל אדם ולמאכל גדיים הולכים לחומרא, וחייב על הפחות שבשיעורים. ועיין בבה"א.
