**בעלי בתי סיקריקון וכו'.** כלומר בעלי בתים שקנו את השדה מן הסיקריקון (קרקעות שהופקעו ע"י המלכות ובאו לידי בעלי זרוע שלא כדיני ישראל), והם חייבים ע"פ דין להחזיר לבעלים אם יש בידם לפדות. וכל זמן שלא החזירו תרומתם תרומה, שהרי לקחו את השדה ברשות. עיין בבה"א.

**בשל אביו וכו'.** כלומר, אם הוא סמוך על שלחנו תורם על כל הסעודה, וכן אשה תורמת על כל העיסה ולא רק על מה שהיא אוכלת בלבד.

**תרומתו תרומה וכו'.** מפני שהאריס זורה ומעמיד את כל הכרי, ואין הגורן נכנס אלא אם כן נתרם (כמפורש בסיפא), והוי ליה כתורם ברשות, מה שאין כן במעשרות שמפרישין אותן אח"כ, ואין לו רשות לעשר על חלקו של בעה"ב שלא מדעתו.

**ואחרים משתמשין וכו'.** כנראה שצ"ל: ואחרים ממשמשים בו, כלומר אם היה הבור קטן, או שהיו אחרים ממשמשים בו, ויש לחשוש שמא יטמא מה שבתוכו.

**להפקיד מעשר וכו'.** כלומר להפקיד מעשר טבל טהור ולשומרו בטהרה, כדי שיוכל אח"כ הלוי לעשותו תרומת מעשר על המעשר שנטמא.

**בעל הבית שתרם וכו'.** כלומר, וממילא יכול בעל הבית להפריש מיד בעצמו מן הטהור על הטהור שלא ברשות הלוי, ואין צורך שיפקיד מעשר טבל ולחכות עד שיבוא הלוי ויפריש תרומת מעשר מן הטהור על הטמא.

**מעשר ומאכילו וכו'.** כלומר, מאכילו אף את המעשר. ואעפ"י שלהלן בסמוך נתבאר שבלוי סמוך על שלחנו אינו נותן לו מעשרות, שאני הכא שנותן לו את כל הטבל, ומפריש בשבילו מעשר ומאכילו.

**סגולה.** כלומר, אם רוצה לעשות נחת רוח לאשתו ודואג לבנה, ורוצה לתת לו את מתנות הכהונה, הרי מאכילו משלו חולין שחייב לו, ואת המתנות מעכב לעצמו, ומסגל בשביל בן אשתו את דמיהן על יד, על יד.

**ודברים האובדים וכו'.** כלומר, דברים שחייב ליתנם מיד לכל כהן שיזדמן לו כדי שלא יתקלקלו, אין אצלם מכירי כהונה, ואף הם מותרים ללוות על חלקם בדברים האבודים.

**לתוך הנקע וכו'.** כלומר, לתוך מקום המשתמר, כגון בתוך נקיק או קוצים, אבל אינו מחוייב ליטפל בהן, שהרי בין כך ובין כך יסרחו בדרך.
