**אין תורמין וכו'.** פירשו בירושלמי, שגזרו חכמים משום גדר מי חטאת שלא יבטלו, שאם אתה אומר שתורמין מן השמן על הזיתים שעתיד לעשות מהם שמן, יעשה קצת מהם בטהרה (או שיקנה שמן טבל ודאי מן החבר, והחבר יפריש מן השמן על הזיתים בטהרה) ויעשה את שאר הזיתים בטומאה.

**בקולפסין.** כלומר, זית קשה (κολυμβάς) שהיו אוכלים אותו כדי לעורר את תאות המזון. ומכיוון שעיקרו עומד לאכילה גרידא ולא לשמן אין תורמין אלא על האוכל שבו. (ר"ע לעף).

**אף בלח.** כלומר, ביבש הרי יכול להקיף ממש ע"י שיחבר את הטהור ואת הטמא בפחות מכביצה בנתים, אבל בלח הרי אינו יכול לעשות כן, שאם יוציא את הזיתים מן החבית ויסמיכם ימשך השמן הטמא תחת הטהורים ויטמאם, ולפיכך א"ר אליעזר שאף בלח יש תקנה. ועיין בבה"א.
