**אינה אוכלת וכו'.** מפני שחופה צריכה דעת, ואין חופה לחרש, ודינה כארוסה שאינה אוכלת בתרומה.

**אוכלת.** שהרי ביאת יבמה אינה צריכה דעת, והיא נשואה גמורה ליבמה.

**היה פקח, אוכלת.** שהרי היא פקחת והוא פקח, ואעפ"י שלא היתה קנויה לאחיו החרש מדאורייתא, הרי עכשיו כשעושה בה הפקח מאמר ובא עליה היא אשתו גמורה, אעפ"י שאינה יבמתו. עיין להלן בסמוך.

**אין אוכלת בתרומה וכו'.** כלומר פקחת זו שנפלה לפקח מאחיו החרש אינה אוכלת בתרומה עד שיעשה בה קניין גמור מחדש.

**אין אוכלת.** שהרי היא חרשת, ואין נישואי האח והיבם כלום מדאורייתא.

**ובאת לכלל היתר וכו'.** שהרי החופה מאכילה אותה בתרומה, ועדיין לא היה פצוע דכא באותה שעה.

**אין אוכלת.** כלומר, ממה נפשך, או שאין חופה לפסולות, או שהחופה פוסלת אותה כל זמן שהיא אתו.

**כשירה לכהונה וכו'.** כלומר, כשירה לכהונה אם היתה אלמנה לכה"ג, וכשירה לאכול בתרומת בית אביה מכל מקום, ואין החופה (בלי ביאה) פוסלת אותה אחרי מיתת בעלה.

**אינו אוכל וכו'.** שמא הוא זכר, והרי לא מל והוא ערל.

**אשתו וכו'.** ופירשוה בתלמוד שביציו ניכרות מבחוץ, והוא וודאי זכר ערל, וקידושיו קידושין.

**אוכל בתרומה וכו'.** ובאנדרוגינוס מהול עסיקינן, ואוכל בתרומה, אבל לא בקדשי קדשים שאסורים לאשה.

**שנפסלה וכו'.** כלומר, והיא אסורה להתייבם לכולי עלמא, שהרי בא עליה כשהוא פצוע דכא, וחיללה, ושני האחים כהנים כשרים היו.
