**שני גיטין.** ואף השני אסור בשתיהן, שמא יפגע באחות אשתו בחייה, והוא הדין אם מת אחד מהן, כלהלן.

**אח אחד.** כלומר, ולשני אין אחים, וכל אחת זקוקה לייבום מספק, ואינו יכול לייבם, שמא יפגע באחות זקוקתו.

**יוציאו.** שהרי כל אחד כנס ספק יבמה לשוק בלי חליצה.

**על גבי בורו וכו'.** צ"ל: [מ]על גבי וכו'. כלומר, אם הראשון נזדרז ובטל את מעשה השני והעבירה על גבי בורו וכו'.

**מותר לישא אותה.** ופירשו בגמרא שאין אדם מפזר את מעותיו בחנם, ואלמלי היה יודע שהיא מותרת לו לא היה פודה אותה.

**הרגתיו לא תנשא אשתו.** שאם הרגו הרי החשוד על הדבר לא דנו ולא מעידו, ואם לא הרגו הרי הוא בחיים. (ירושלמי).
