**מיבם וכו'.** מפני שהוא סובר שמאמר או קונה לגמרי, או שאינו קונה כלום, ולפניו שתי יבמות מבית אחד (ואין כאן זיקת שני מתים), או שתי יבמות משני בתים, ויכול לייבם אחת מהן.

**ובלבד שתקדים וכו'.** שהרי אם חלץ בראשונה, הרי אפשר שמאמר קונה, וכבר נפטרה השנייה בחליצתה של זו, ואינו יכול לייבם.
