**שני חומרין.** כלומר, אסור לו לקיים (שמא הוא בן קיימא), ומוציא בגט ובחליצה.

**הראשון כשר וכו'.** שאם הוא בנו של ראשון הרי בוודאי כשר, ואם הוא בנו של שני הרי לא היו בנים לראשון, וייבם כדין.

**חייבין מן התורה.** כלומר, ארבעה קרובים חייבים על חלוצתו כרת מן התורה.

**אביו ובנו וכו'.** שהרי היא ערוה עליהם מחמת אחיו המת.

**לפיכך חייב וכו'.** כלומר, כל זמן שיוצאת בגט גרידא מותרת לחזור לו משום שכבר קנאה והיא כאשתו לכל דבר, ולפיכך אסור בקרובותיה, מה שאין כן חלוצה שאסורה לחולץ, משום שחליצה היא פטור, ולפיכך פטור על קרובותיה.

**לא ינשאו וכו'.** כלומר, אינן מותרות אלא להתארס גרידא.

**שמא גט ישן הוא.** כלומר, אין חוששין שמא בא עליה לפני שמסרו לה את גיטה, שהרי לא נתייחד עמה.

**ומת בעלה.** בקג"נ חסר, וכן נכון, והכל דבוק למעלה, ואוכלת בתרומה (אם אין לה בנים מבעלה ישראל), ואין חוששין שמא מעוברת היא מבעלה ישראל, עיין בבה"א.

**וכן צרות וכן עריות וכו'.** כלומר, צרות של הקטנות לא ינשאו לשוק על סמך ייבום הקטנה, וכן צרות של עריות קטנות (שהשיאן אביהן) לא ינשאו לשוק, שמא ימצאו הקטנות אילוניות, ונמצא שמעולם לא פטרו את צרותיהן.
