**ואיזה זה דיבור של יין.** פי' הא דכתיב כאן "וידבר ה' אל משה אחרי מות וגו'" היינו שציוהו שיאמר לאהרן "יין ושכר אל תשת וגו'":

**שנאמר ואחיכם כל בית ישראל יבכו וגו'.** ואחר כך כתיב מיד "יין ושכר אל תשת" אם כן משמע שנאמרה מיד אחר מיתתם ואף על גב דכתיב התם "וידבר ה' אל אהרן" הו"ל כאילו כתיב אל משה שיאמר לאהרן כמו שאמרו חז"ל:
