**ר"ש וכו'.** פליג בתרתי אר' יהודה דקאמר המסייע בשעת שריפה דמשמע כל אימת דסייע אפילו רק בתחלתו, ועוד ס"ל דעד שיעשה אפר אפילו ניתך הבשר אם סייע אז מטמא בגדים והוא ס"ל דאינו מטמא בגדים עד שיוצת האור ברובן דאז יקרא 'שורף' אבל כל עוד שלא הוצת האור ברוב גופן לא יקרא בשם 'שורף'. ועוד ס"ל דמאי דכתיב "אותם" ממעט משניתך הבשר דתו לא מקרי "אותם":
