(ח) **עולה ומחוסר זמן.** פי' עולה שהיא מחוסר זמן בגופה בתוך שמנה ימי לידתה. וחטאת יצוייר מחוסר זמן אף בבעלים כגון חטאת של זב וזבה ויולדת קודם שנטהרו:
