(ט) **אין לי וכו'.** הנכון כגירסת הילקוט - **אין לי אלא איש את איש. איש את אשה, אשה את איש מנין? ואין לי אלא תגר לתגר, הדיוט להדיוט. תגר להדיוט והדיוט לתגר מנין? תלמוד לומר את אחיו מכל מקום. ר' יהודה אומר תגר להדיוט יש לו אונאה, הדיוט לתגר אין לו הונייה**:

והכי פירושו: **אין לי אלא איש את איש.** דסתם איש ועמיתו הם שניהם אנשים כדכתיב "איש מאת רעהו ואשה מאת רעותה":
