**על תנאי שלא ימכרו ממכרת עבד.** ולפי זה האי "לא ימכרו" שייך למה שאמר מקודם, והיינו שלא ימכר העברי כסתם עבד שנמכר לעולם:

**אבן הלקח.** הוא אבן שמעמידים עליו העבדים כאשר ירצו למכור אותם, והרוצה לקנות עבד הולך לשם וקוראין אותו אבן הלקח:
