**מלמד שבית דין מבפנים.** ובריש פרק נגמר הדין איתא שם הוצא את המקלל חוץ לתחום ישראל דלחוץ לבית דין לא צריך קרא דהתם כי היכי דלא ליתחזי בית דין רוצחין (ר"ש):

**אותו ולא כסותו.** דנסקל ערום ואף על גב דגבי צואה כתיב כבר "אותו" ודרשנו הא כיון דהוצרך לכתוב אבן לדרשא כתב אותו:

**אף לדחיה.** בסיני כתיב "או ירה יירה" - מלמד שכל הנסקלין בדחיה כדתנן בית הסקילה היה גבוה שתי קומות וכו':
