**וחייב במעשרות.** לאחר שהביאה שליש כשקצר לבהמה ונמלך לאכילה חייב במעשר דלא שייכי מעשרות אצל קצירה אלא כשהיא תבואה הראויה להזריע דכתיב עשר תעשר את כל תבואת זרעך תבואה שזורעין אותה ומצמחת והיינו לאחר שהביאה הפרי שליש אבל אם התחיל בה לאחר שהביאה שליש אסור דקצירה היא וחייב בלקט שכחה ופאה וכ"ש במעשר:
