**שמן זית מזיתו.** שיתבשל כל צרכו על הזית שהוא האילן ולא יצטרך להוציא ממנו שמן על ידי הדחק בכתישה ובשליקה:

**ובו שלשה שמנים.** בכל לקיטה יש ג' שמנים וכל אחרון גרוע מן הראשון:

**מגרגרו בראש הזית.** בפרק כל הקרבנות (מנחות פו, א) מסיק דמגלגלו תנן, והיינו שמניחן להיות מגולגלין ומבושלים כל צרכן בראש הזית:

**וטוחנם בריחיים.** במנחות במשנה לא גרסינן שם "וטוחנם בריחיים", אולם ממה שאמר אח"כ "פורקם וטוחנם שנייה" משמע דס"ל להתורת כהנים שגם בפעם ראשון היה טחינה, ולפי גירסת המשנה היה רק טעינה בקורה בפעם שניה ובפעם שלישי היה טחינה וטעינה:
