(ז) **יכול יהיו חייבים עליו מיד.** משהוקדשו מתחייב עליו מיד אם אכלו בטומאה:

**וכי יש נוגע חייב.** והלא אינו חייב אלא אם כן אכלו כדכתיב (ויקרא, כב) "איש איש וכו' בקדשים לא יאכל". אלא מה תלמוד לומר יקרב. פי' והלא ע"כ קריבה זו אכילה היא ולמה הוציאו בלשון קריבה:

**בהוכשר ליקרב.** ואקדשים קאי וה"ק ואשר יקריב קדשים ואח"כ יאכלנו וטומאה עליו כדמפרש אכילה בקרא דבתריה:
