(א) **ואין העכו"ם בענין הזה.** היינו אפילו נתגיירה תיכף אחר הלידה בתוך ז' לזכר ושבועיים לנקיבה אין עליה טומאת לידה:

**תלמוד לומר אשה.** דשם 'אשה' כולל לכל אשה מאיזה מין שיהיה, בין בת ישראל ובין גיורת ושפחה, דכולהו שייכי במצות:

**אשה כי תזריע וילדה זכר וטמאה שבעת ימים מה תלמוד לומר.** פי' למה לו לכתוב אחר כך כאן פרטי דיני הטומאה "ואל המקדש לא תבוא" כיון שכתב "וטמאה שבעת ימים" ממילא ידעינן דאסורה לבוא למקדש:
