**שאינו מטמא את אמו וכו' טומאת שבעה.** פי' כי היא עצמה אף על פי שטמאה שבעה אינה צריכה הזאת שלישי ושביעי וכל שכן האדם והכלים שעמה באוהל ואף על פי כן מטמא את אמו טומאת לידה למשכב ולמושב ולקרבן:
