(ח) **בריית ראש שאינה חתוכה.** אלא כלו שלם כעין דף ואין בו חתוך אברים וצורה:

**וטמאה היא טמאה ואין הולד טמא.** דהיה לו לומר "יטמאו שבעת ימים" ד"יהיה" קאי גם אולד דוגמת "וביום השמיני" דקאי אולד ומדכתיב "וטמאה" להורות דדוקא האם שהולידה היא שטמאה ולא הולד:

**והלא דין הוא.** שיהא הולד טמא ולזה אצטריך למעוטי:

**שהולד גרם לה טומאה.** שהוא הביא לה הטומאה ולא מעצמותה:

**שגרם לטומאה.** כדכתיב "והמשלח את השעיר לעזאזל יכבס בגדיו":

**שאין לו טומאה.** פי' שאין טומאה יוצאה מגופו בעוד שהוא חי, תאמר בולד שטומאה יוצאה מגופו שהרי אמרו תינוק בן יומו מטמא בזיבה ומטמא בנגעים ומטמא בטמא מת הואיל ויש לו טומאה יהא טמא טומאת לידה כאמו:
