**שיש למינו תנופה.** והוא אשם מצורע שטעון תנופה חי דכתיב "ולקח הכהן את כבש האשם וגו'" ולכן אין להוציא גם שאר אשמות מתנופת חלביהם:

**אוציא את כל אשמות.** פי' אפילו אם נוציא שאר אשמות על כל פנים לא נוציא את אשם מצורע עצמו שיהא טעון תנופה לאחר שחיטה:
