**במוהי לא אמר כלום.** שנראה שהבי"ת היא משם התיבה ואין במשמעותיה כלום והיינו טעמא דבמומתא אבל מוהי ומומתא הן כנויין לשבועה דשבועה מתרגמינן מומתא ומוהי דומה לאומי וישבע מתרגמינן ואומי:

**מתני' לחולין שאוכל לך.** הלמ"ד נקוד בפתח והוי כמו לא חולין ומשמעו לא חולין אלא קרבן ליהוי מה שאוכל לך:

**לא דכי.** לא מותר כמו איל קמצא דכן (עדיות פ"ח מ"ד) משמע לא מותר אלא אסור והיינו קדשים אע"ג דנבלה וטרפה נמי אסורין התנן לקמן בפ"ב (דף יח:) דסתם נדרים להחמיר דכיון דדעתו להתפיסו בנדר אמרינן דלדבר הנדור נתכוון:
