**משא"כ בנדרים.** שהנודר תולה האיסור בחפץ ודבר שאין בו ממש אין יכול לאסרו עליו ודיבור והילוך דבר שאין בו ממש הוא:

**הדרן עלך כל כנויי ואלו מותרין חולין שאוכל לך.** מילתא דפשיטא היא ובגמ' מפרש אמאי קתני לה:

**כעורות לבובים.** היו נוקבין הבהמה מחיים כנגד הלב ומוציאין הלב ומקריבין אותו לעבודת כוכבים ותקרובת עבודת כוכבים אסורה בהנאה:

**כחלת אהרן.** שהיה ראשון לכהנים ולא הוי דבר הנדור כדפרישית לעיל בפ"ק:

**הרי את עלי כאימא.** לאו דבר הנדור הוא ואעפ"כ החמירו חכמים עליו כנודר בתורה לעם הארץ כדמפרש בגמ' ועוד החמירו עליו לפתוח לו פתח ממקום אחר לבקש לו פתח וטעם לחרטתו שאילו היה יודע שכן הוא לא היה נודר ולא סגי בכדו תהית או לבך עלך וכל זה שלא יקל ראשו לכך ולא ירגיל לאסור אשתו עליו:

**גמ' טעמא דאמר חולין כו'.** לגופיה לא איצטריך אלא לדיוקא אתא:
