**מתני' סתם נדרים להחמיר ופירושן להקל.** כלומר אע"ג דכשפירש דבריו אזלינן בתר פירושן אם סתם אזלינן לחומרא דסתם הנודר דעתו לאסור מדלא שתק:

**כבשר מליח.** היינו קרבנות דכתיב על כל קרבנך תקריב מלח:

**ואם כחרם של כהנים מותר.** אע"ג דבחרמי כהנים מועלין עד שיבואו לידי כהנים והוי שפיר דבר הנדור מכל מקום סתם חרמי כהנים משמע שכבר באו לידי כהן:

**ואם כמעשר בהמה נדר אסור.** דהוי דבר הנדור שצריך להקדישו ואין מעשר בהמה אוסר הגורן כמעשר דגן:

**שאין אנשי גליל מכירין תרומת הלשכה.** לפי שהיו רחוקין מירושלים:

**שאין אנשי גליל מכירין את חרמי כהנים.** וכל מה שהיו מחרימין היו מפרישין לבדק הבית וכסבורין שאין לשון חרם נופל על דבר אסור:

**גמ' והתנן ספק נזירות להקל.** משנה היא בפ"ד דטהרות (משנה י"ב) כגון דאמר הריני נזיר שיש בכרי זה מאה כור או שאמר על הכוי הריני נזיר שזה חיה ובהמה כדתנן בפרק חמישי [דנזיר] (דף לד.):
