**רפואת נפש בחנם.** שאדם עושה מנפשו ומרצונו בלא קבלת שכר [דמצוה] קא עביד ולא מהני ליה כיון דאין נוטל עליה שכר:

**אבוס של פועלין.** כלי גדול כאבוס של בהמה אע"פ שיש בו מאכל הרבה לא יאכל עמו:

**לא יעשה עמו באומן.** בשורת הכרמים לא יחפור עמו מפני שהוא מרפה את הקרקע ומהנהו:

**גמ' גדולה בימות הגשמים.** מותר שהוא מתרחק ממנו ואין מחממו וקטנה בימות החמה מותר מפני שהוא מצטער מפני החום:
