**שדך שאני לוקח.** היכא דאמר המודר שדך הוי כאומר המדיר נכסי לבית זה הוי כמו נכסי אלו:

**ולא פליגי.** ורב ושמואל שאמרו נכסים אלו אמתניתין קאי וניחא להו לפרושי מתניתין דקתני ובשביעית אוכל מן הנוטות דהיינו נדר בשביעית ורבי יוחנן ור"ל ניחא להו לפרש הגיע שביעית:

**ארעא נמי רחמנא אפקרי'.** לילך בתוך השדה כדי ללקט הפירו':

**בעומדין על הגבולין.** ואינו צריך ליכנס בתוך השדה ואפשר לכל אדם אין לו רשות ליכנס כיון שיכול ליקח הפירו' או שמא אע"ג דלאינש אחרינא מותר למודר אסור אבל ליקח פירות העומדין בתוך השדה יכול לירד:

**גזירה שמא ישהה בעמידה.** יותר מכדי צורך לקיטת פירות הלכך לא יכנס לתוך השדה כלל ללקט הפירות:

**לא ימכור לו ולא יקח ממנו.** בזבינא מציעא דאיכא הנאה לתרוייהו שוה בשוה אבל למכור לו ביותר וליקח ממנו בפחות מותר:
