**רוב עצים להסקה ניתנו.** וכיון דאיכא למתלי שקנו לדבר היתר תלינן והכי אמרינן במסכת ע"ז:

**מתני' עד הגשמים עד שיהיו גשמים.** באיזה לשון שאמר מותר כיון שהתחילו הגשמים לירד ברביעה שניה לפי שאין זמן קבוע למשך ירידתן ורשב"ג מיקל טפי ואמר עד זמן רביעה אע"פ שלא ירדו גשמים ובגמרא מפרש זמנן:

**גמ' אסור עד שיגיע הקיץ בגליל.** דבתר מקום נדרו אזלינן ומסתברא דה"ה לקולא:

**מחלוקת עד הגשמים.** דת"ק בעי ירידה של רביעה שנייה ורשב"ג סבר זמן רביעה שנייה דגשמים משמע לת"ק ירידת גשמים וגם משמע לשון רבים ומיעוט רבים שנים:
