**מאי והדין לנפקותא בעלמא.** ושמא לית ליה זוזי אחריני:

**בפיך זו צדקה.** ובפ"ק דר"ה (דף ו.) דרשינן מהכא בצדקה בל תאחר:

**יש יד לבית הכסא.** מדרבנן קא בעי ומקרא דוהיה מחניך קדוש לא ידעינן אלא בית הכסא עצמו ומיבעיא ליה אי עבוד רבנן הרחקה לאסור גם יד בית הכסא:

**מתני' חוכך בזה להחמיר.** כמו אדם ששואלין לו דבר ואינו פשוט לו להתירו גם טעם פשוט לאסור אינו יודע והוא חוכך בשפתיו ושותק ומתוך כך מבינין שהוא מחמיר בדבר ועושין לחומרא:

**גמ' ליתני ר"ע מחמיר.** דמשמע ראה טעם להחמיר ביה ולעשותו יד גמור אבל חוכך להחמיר משמע דמספקא ליה:

**בנדינא ממך לכ"ע אסור.** דמשמע מתנודד אני ומובדל ממך והוי טפי ממרוחקני ממך אליבא דשמואל והא דתנא לא מני להו בהדי ידות דמתני' איכא למימר תנא ושייר ועוד ידות טובא איכא דלא תנא:

**משמתנא לכולי עלמא שרי.** דלשון שמתא הוא ולא יד לנדר אבל נדינא משמע נודר ולא לשון נדוי אי נמי בלשון המון עם בבבל היו קורין לנדוי דוקא שמתא ולא נדוי:
