**קשין.** שאני בגדי כהונה היו קשים שחוטן היו כפול ו' ולכך שרו בהצעה אבל בלבישה והעלאה אסור כדאיתא בפ"ק דעירובין [צ"ל דערכין דף ג:] כהנים איצטרכי ליה דסד"א כיון דאשתרי כלאים גבייהו ליתנהו בגדילים תעשה לך קמ"ל דנהי דבעידן עבודה אשתרי שלא בעידן עבודה לא אשתרי:

**האי נמטא גמדי דנרש.** נמטו לבד. גמדא שהוא קשה ונכווץ. ובנרש מתקנים אותו:

**שריא.** מותר בהצעה לפי שהיא קשה ואין נימא נכרכת עליו:

**דאמר מר מחילות לא נתקדשו ובעל קרי משולח חוץ לשתי מחנות.** יליף בפסחים פרק אלו דברים [דף סז:] מדכתיב וכל זר לרבות בעלי קרי ומתני' סייעתא לר' יוחנן דאמר מחילות לא נתקדשו מדתנן שבעל קרי היה מהלך במסיבה דהיינו מחילות ואי הוה קדושות לא היה בעל קרי הולך שם. אבל להא דאמר ובעל קרי משולח חוץ לשתי מחנות לא מייתי סייעתא ממתניתין אלא מילתא דר"י הוא מסיק:

**א"ל רבי אבא ע"כ לא עיילת כו'.** שאינך צנוע בבית הכסא כי לא היה לך לדבר (ליעול מר) אלא היה לך להשמיע קול להודיעני אם יש שם אדם והייתי נמנע מליכנס:

**לאו הכי תנן מצאו נעול בידוע שיש שם אדם.** אלמא תיקנו דבר זה לסימן שלא יצטרך לשאול אם יש שם אדם ויצטרך הלה להשיב לו:

**שטוף ושתי שטוף ואחות.** שטוף הכוס קודם שישתה שמא אותו ששתה בו לא היה בעל תרבות ולא שטפו אחרי ששתה בו. ואחר שישתה שטוף הכוס (בו) כדי שלא יצטרך השותה אחריך לשטפו:

**כל מילי לא תפלוט.** מכל דבר שאכלת אם נזדמן רוק לתוך פיך לא תפלוט אותו לחוץ לפני רבך אלא תבלענו חוץ ממאכל דלועין ודייסא כי הבולע רוק אחר אכילה נעקר כאילו היה מכניס פתילה של אבר לתוך פיו:

**לא כל העתים שוות.** פעמים מקדים לבוא ופעמים מאחר לבוא כדתנן בפ"ק דיומא [דף כ:] בכל יום תורמין המזבח מקריות הגבר או סמוך לו בין מלפניו או מלאחריו וביום הכפורים מחצות וברגלים מאשמורה ראשונה והיינו דקאמר פעמים שהוא מקריות הגבר כלומר רוב פעמים ופליגי התם מאי קריות הגבר רב אמר קרא גברא ורב שילא אמר קרא תרנגולא:
