**הענין שהוא כלי לרצוני וחפצי,** ר"ל כמו הדבור שהוא כלי לאדם להעביר חפצו כן השפע המגיע מאת השם יתעלה לנביא אשר השפע ההוא כלי לו יתעלה להעביר רצונו וחפצו כי אז הנביא יעשה מה שצווה בלי ספק הוא הנקרא שם ה', או מאמר, או דבר:
