**ולא כל החכמים ג"כ רואים זה הדעת.** אמר זה כי קצת מהם סוברים זה הדעת והוא אמרם יסורין של אהבה הן, וכמו שהביא הרב בדעות שנאמרו בהשגחה:

**עד שיאמין נקוי ראובן מהעיון ושלמותו.** ר"ל שאין ראוי שנאמין כדעת מי שיאמין יסורין של אהבה ונאמר שראובן הוא אדם נקי מחטא ושלא נתחייב בזה הרע שהגיעו לו אלא להרבות שכרו, כי זה יהיה עול חלילה:

**וכאלו ענין הנסיון שעשה מעשה אחד.** ר"ל שכוונת ענין הנסיון הוא שיעשה מעשה אחד ואין המעשה ההוא מכוון מצד עצמו אלא שיהיה משל שילמדו ממנו בני אדם:

**ואין פירושו שידע הש"י.** ר"ל שידע השי"ת אם הם אוהבים אם לא כי גלוי וידוע לפניו:

**מפני שהיא קריאה אל הנמנעות.** ר"ל זה האיש כשיבא להפסיד אמונתו אשר היא אמת במציאות היא קריאה אל הנמנעות, כי נמנע הוא שיתחלף האמת:

**והיא הטובה אשר באה בזה הענין.** ר"ל והיא כבוש ארץ ישראל בעבור שהרגילו בנפשם הסגוף והקנו לנפשם מדת הגבורה:

**ממה שלא ידומה שטבע בני האדם יטה אליו.** ר"ל שזה הענין הרשום הנכבד מה שלא ידומה בשום צד שטבע בני אדם יטה אל זה הפעל והוא היות האיש וכו':

**ודע זה.** ירמוז בזה לדעתו בענין הקש ההשגחה וכי אין ראוי שיביא השי"ת מכות בלא חטא קדם, ולזה פי' כל הפסוקים מענין הנסיון שהיה נראה זה הדעת מהם, גם ירמוז לענין העקדה שנמצא בו ראייה, וכבר כלל זה הרב בחלק שני פרק מ"ב:
