**חותמות וכו'.** כן הוא שם במשנה ג' ומפרש שם וז"ל עגל משמש עם נסכי בקר גדולים וקטנים זכרים ונקבות. גדי משמש עם נסכי צאן גדולים וקטנים זכרים ונקבות חוץ משל אלים. זכר משמש עם נסכי אלים בלבד. חוטא משמש עם שלש נסכי בהמות של מצורעים עכ"ל ועי' מנחות צ"א ב' ועי' ספרי פרשת שלח לך פיסקא ק"ז. ודע דשם במשנה איתא וז"ל בן עזאי אומר חמשה היו וארמית כתוב עליהן עגל. זכר. גדי. חוטא דל. וחוטא עשיר עכ"ל. והנה (ו)פסק כת"ק וחוטא עני היה לוקח חותם גדי יעו"ש היטיב בר"ע ברטנורא ופירוש רבינו שם. והנה ז"ל הירושלמי שם וכבן עזאי חוטא דל למה היה מביא לוגו עמו ברם כרבנן מביא גדי עכ"ל ופי' שם מהר"א [פולדא] דמקשה על בן עזאי כיון דמביא מצורע עני חותם בפ"ע א"כ יורה זה הסימן דצריך ליתן לו ג"כ לוג שמן שניתן על בהונות א"כ למה היה מביא לוג שמן מביתו כמבואר בתוספתא ובשלמא לרבנן דס"ל דמצורע עני היה נוטל חותם גדי ושם אינו מפורש דנותנין לו ג"כ לוג שמן של מצורע רק נותנין לו שלשה לוגין שמן ושלשה לוגין יין ולכן היה מביא לוג שמן של בהונות מביתו. והשיירי קרבן הקשה עליו דא"כ מצורע עשיר לכו"ע לא היה מביא לוג של בהונות מביתו והא בתוספתא מבואר דגם מצורע עשיר מביא לוג מביתו לכך פי' בקרבן העדה איפכא דהכי מקשה בשלמא לבן עזאי ניחא דלהכי הוצרך לעני מצורע חותם בפני עצמו כי היכי דלא ליצטרך להביא מביתו לוג של בהונות אבל לרבנן דס"ל דעני היה מביא חותם גדי א"כ ס"ל דהיה מביא לוג של בהונות מביתו א"כ לפי"ז למה הוצרך למצורע עשיר חותם בפ"ע הו"ל להביא שלש חותמות של גדי ואי משום לוג של בהונות יביא מביתו כמצורע עני. כן הוא תורף פירושו ונשאר בקושיא על רבנן. אבל גם פירושו דחוק שנשאר הירושלמי בקושיא על רבנן ולא תירץ כלל על זה.
**והנה** ז"ל התוספתא ארבע חותמות היו במקדש חוטא היה מביא לוגו עמו חוטא דל כדברי בן עזאי היה מביא לוגו עמו עכ"ל והנה לפי' מהר"א [פולדא] שפי' מביא לוגו עמו היינו מביתו ודאי יקשה א"כ למה מצורע עשיר מביא לוגו מביתו וכמו שהקשה הש"ק ולדידי יותר יקשה דא"כ אמאי קאמר חוטא דל כדברי בן עזאי מביא לוגו עמו הא כ"ש לרבנן דמביא מצורע עני לוגו מביתו ודוחק לומר דה"ק אפי' לבן עזאי וכ"ש לרבנן. ועל כרחך צ"ל דה"ק דלרבנן מצורע עשיר מביא לוגו מהנסכים שלוקח בחותמו אבל מצורע עני דלרבנן לא היה לו חותם בפ"ע רק חותם גדי א"כ היה צריך להביא לוגו מביתו וע"ז קאמר דלבן עזאי דהיה למצורע עני ג"כ חותם בפ"ע א"כ לא היה מביא לוגו מביתו רק היה לוקח מהמספק נסכים אמנם לרבנן קושטא דמילתא הכי הוא דמצורע עשיר מביא לוג שמן מהמספק אבל מצורע עני מביא מביתו (וצ"ל על כרחך הטעם דבשלמא עשיר כיון דלא שייך אצלו להביא חותם אחד מהשלשה הקדומים ולהביא שלש חותמות גדי לא רצו לתקן ולהכי מועיל חותמו נמי אלוג של בהונות ג"כ משא"כ במצורע עני דלא הוצרכו לתקן בשביל עיקר הנסכים חותם אחר דדי בחותם גדי א"כ בשביל הלוג של בהונות לבד לא תקנו חותם בפ"ע ומביא מביתו וטעם זה מוכרח הוא להתוספתא וק"ל) ובהיות כן יש לפרש דברי הירושלמי בפשיטות דה"ק דלדברי בן עזאי מצורע עני כשמביא חותמו חוטא דל היה לוקח ג"כ לוגו מהמספק משא"כ לרבנן לא היה מביא רק גדי ואמטו להכי היה מביא לוגו מביתו. שוב ראיתי להתוס' יו"ט בד"ה חוטא וכו' וז"ל הקשה ר' ענשקן חפץ לוג שמן דמתן בהונות ושיריה נאכל לכהנים כדין קדשי קדשים כמש"כ הרמב"ם בספ"ד מהל' מחוסרי כפרה ואם כן צריכין להיות על טהרת הקדש מאין היה מביאו והשבתיו דזהו שאמר בירושלמי בזה הלשון וכבן עזאי חוטא דל למה היה מביא לוגו עמו ברם כרבנן מביא גדי ע"כ נראה דלבן עזאי קמ"ל דלא צריך להביא עמו מביתו הלוג אבל לרבנן שהיה מביא גדי היה מביא לוגו עמו מביתו ונעשה על טהרת הקדש עכ"ל ונתתי שמחה בלבי שת"ל כוונתי לדבריו ותמהתי על המפרשים הנ"ל למה ברחו מדרך הפשוט.

**ומש"כ** רבינו ושם כל היום הוסיף תיבת כל ואולי כוונתו למאי דאיתא שם. בירושלמי ה"ג וז"ל הגע עצמך שזייג אותו היום שם משמר כתוב עליו הגע עצמך שזייג אותו משמר שם היום שם השבת שם חדש היה כתוב עליו שאפי' רוצה לזייג לא מצי לזייג עכ"ל ועיי"ש בקרבן העדה וזה שכיון רבינו במש"כ כל היום.

**ידו וכו'.** כתב הראב"ד וז"ל א"א אומר אני שהוא פינחס המלביש עכ"ל וכתב ע"ז מרן וז"ל ופשוט הוא ואיני יודע מה מלמדנו עכ"ל ולענ"ד נראה כי דבר גדול מלמדנו ובא להשיג על רבינו שכתב שהוא ממונה על הכנת הבגדים ואריגתן ואולי שהיה גורס כמו שהוא במשניות ובירושלמי במשנה (הנדפס בבבלי) ופינחס על המלבוש ור"ל בכל מה שנוגע בבגדים אמנם הראב"ד גורס פינחס המלביש שהיה ממונה רק על עצם ההלבשה לפי שמלאכה גדולה היתה בזה וכמו דאיתא בירושלמי שם וז"ל שהיה מלביש בגדי כה"ג מעשה בכהן אחד שהלביש לאסטרטיוס אחד ונתן לו שמונה זהובים ואית דאמרי תרי עשר יהב ליה עכ"ל ומשמע שהי' ממונה רק על ההלבשה לבדה (ועי' בס' שבט יהודה מש"כ בזה דיש שם פנים לכאן ולכאן) ורבינו כתב בפי' המשנה וז"ל ופינחס המלביש היה מלביש הכהנים בגדיהם והיה מתעסק בהצנעתן ובעשייתן עכ"ל ואולי ט"ס הוא וצ"ל ופינחס על המלבוש.
