גם המאירי סידר את הפרקים ככ"י מ': פ"א–פ"ד ופ"י, שהוא אצל המאירי "פרק ה' ", פ"ה–פ"ט, וכתב בפתיחתו⁴ ש"מסכת פסח ראשון" ו"מסכת פסח שני" היו מתחילה מסכת אחת נקראת **פסחים**, ו"בימי **הגאונים** חלקוה לשתים וקראו הראשונה פסח ראשון והשניה פסח שני וגם העתיקו פרק ערבי פסחים ממקומו שהיה אחרון לכל הפרקים ושמוהו אחרון לזה החלק הראשון".

עד ב: אומצא ביעי ומיזרקי פליגי בה וכו' והילכתא מישאב שאיב – חולין צג ב, אלא ששם **לא נתפרש** "ביעי" "ומזרקי"²⁷, אבל גם בפסחים אינם בכי"י. וכאן בפסח' סדור אחריו: האי אומצא דאסמיק הוא וחלייה²⁸ וכו' רבינא אמר וכו', וזהו בוודאי "אומצא" דלעיל, ושני פירושים חולקים הם, זה שבחולין "אומצא דאסמיק" וכו', וזה שבפסחים "אומצא דאסמיק הוא וחלייה" וכו', וכך נראה מה"ג (הל' דם דף קל"ג סע"ד) שצירף ההוא דפסחים עם ההוא דחולין: **מאי תקנתיה** תלייה בשפודא וכו', וסידר אח"כ: "אומצא וביעי ומזרקי פליגי בה רב אחא" וכו'. א"כ **נכנס הכל בפסחים מתוך חולין**, בסידור **האחרון**. ואולם "האי אומצא דאסמיק הוא וחלייה" וכו', מקושר עם "והילכתא דסמידא בין אסמיק" וכו', שלפניו.
