סוגיות כאלה מועברות ממקום אחר עם כל סימני־לשון השייכים לאותו מקום, ורק לאותו מקום, כמו "**תמן** תנינן", "דתנינן **תמן**" (או להיפך בלא "תמן" אע"פ שהסוגיא אינה במקומה), "**תמן** – הכא", אע"פ שמקומה של המשנה המובאת הוא **כאן**, ו"תמן" זה אינו אלא **כאן**, או ששניהם גם "תמן" גם "הכא" אינם "כאן". פיאה פ"ג יז ע"ד: **תמן** תנינן רע"א קרקע וכו' – שהועברה מקידושין פ"א עג ע"ד; תרומות פ"י מז ע"א: **תמן** תנינן שעורים שנפלו וכו' – שהועבר מע"ז פ"ה, מד רע"ד; דתנינן **תמן** וכו'¹; תרומות פ"ח, מו ע"א־ע"ב: **דתנינן** (בפסחים!) מודי רבי ליעזר ורבי יהושע זו לעצמה וכו'. ועוד מן הדא **דתנינן** (בפסחים!) אמר ר' יוסי אינה היא מידה וכו'. **תמן** (בתרומות!) התורה חסה על ממונן של ישר'. **הכא** (בפסחים!) מה אית לך מימר, **והכא** (בפסחים) אינו מפסידו ממון שהוא צריך עצים לשורפו זה לעצמו וזה לעצמו. וכו' תניין אינון. **תמן** (בתרומות) רבי מאיר בשם רבי יהושע ברם **הכא** (בפסחים) ר' שמעון בשם ר' יהושע. וכו' – שכל הסוגיא הועברה בלשונה **מפסחים** פ"א, כח ע"א־ע"ב; ברכות פ"ב, ד ע"ד: היידין רבי יוסי הדא דתנינן **תמן**² הקורא את שמע ולא השמיע לאזנו וכו'. אמר רב חסדא לית **כאן** חרש וכו' – שכולה הועברה מתרומות פ"א, מ ע"ג ומגילה פ"ב, עג ע"ב, ועיקרה במגילה (אע"פ ששם חסר "היידין ר' יוסי" וכו'); מע"ש פ"ד, נה ע"א: מה נן קיימין אם בגדולה וכו' דתנינן **תמן** (בגטין!) אפיוטות מקחן מקח וכו' **והתנינן** (בעירובין!) אבל אינו מזכה לא על ידי בנו ובתו הקטנים וכו'. **תמן** תנינן השואל וכו' (עד סוף ה"ד) – הועבר מעירובין פ"ז, כד ע"ג³ (ושם מובן "והתנינן" בלא "תמן", שהמשנה במקומה היא)⁴; ר"ה פ"א, נז רע"ג ("דברי הכל היא **הכא**") – **שבועות** פ"ז, לז ע"ד וסנהד' פ"ג, כא ע"א: חגיגה פ"א, עו ע"א: **תמן** (בשבת) תנינן וכו' **תמן** (בחגיגה!) הוא אמר פרט **והכא** (בשבת!) הוא אמר וכו' – כמו בשבת פי"ט, יז רע"ב: ב"מ פ"ה, י ע"ג: רבי ירמיה בעי **תמן** (בבכורות!) את מר צאן ברזל לראשון **וכא** (ביבמות!) את מר לשני – שהועבר מיבמות פ"ז ח ע"א: **תמן תנינן** המקבל צאן ברזל מן הגוי וכו' תמן את אמר הוולדות לראשון ‏**והכא** (ביבמות!) את אמר הוולדות לשני; שבת פ"ט, יב ע"א: אנן תנינן וכו' – שהועבר מפי"ט, יז ע"א (ואח"כ קיצרוהו שם, עי' להלן); יומא פ"ג, מא רע"א – שהועבר מאותו פרק⁵; ביצה פ"א, ס רע"ג: מחלפה שיטתון דבית שמאי וכו' – שכפול בספ"ד, סב רע"ד, וכאן כמו בכמה מקומות אחרים **הותאם** "תמן" למקום המשנה; אבל מסוטה פ"א, יז ע"א – שהועבר לסנהדרין פ"ו, כג ע"ג, נשׂרד בסנהדרין ב"מחלפה שיטת רבנן" לשון סוטה: **תמן** אמר ("אמרין") האיש נסקל ערום **וכא** אינון אמרין הכין.

וישנן עוד כמה העברות שאינן מתפרשות כלל במקום שהועברו, כמו שבת פי"ג, יד ע"א: אמר רבי חיננא **מתניתא** דלא כר' יהודה וכו' – שלקוח מביצה רפ"ג, סא ע"ד, ו"מתניתא" דביצה היא; שבת פט"ז, טז ע"ד: ר' שמואל בשם ר' זירא ("זעירא") דרבי יוסה **היא** וכו' – שהועבר מסוף פ"ג, ו סע"ג, ומשנת ספ"ג "היא"; שקלים פ"א, מו ע"א: מתקנין את הדרכים וכו' אילו הן צורכי הרבים דנין וכו' (תוס' **מו"ק** פ"ב יא). **תמן תנינן** משקין בית השלחין, ומציינין על הקברות. ולא כבר ציינו **מאדר** וכו' לא כבר יצאו **באדר** וכו' – שלקוח ממו"ק פ"א, פ סע"ב, ולמשנת **מו"ק** איתמרא.

והועברו סוגיות אפילו במקום שהסוגיא נמצאת **אצלנו** רק במקום ההעברה ולא במקומה העיקרי, כמו שבת רפ"כ, יז ע"ג: כל שכן מחלפה שיטתיה דרבי אליעזר. מה אם **תמן** (במשנתנו!) שמכשירה לכלי את אמר מותר **כאן** (בפי"ז מ"ז) שאינו מכשירה לכלי לא כל שכן⁶ והסוגיא היתה סדורה ראשונה בספי"ז⁷. וכן הסוגיא **המוחלפת** של חלה פ"ג ה"ו הועברה מסידור **אחר** לפ"ב ה"ו⁸, ועי' עוד ב"גרש".

ויש שהועברה סוגיא ממקום אחר על יד סוגיא עיקרית שבמקומה, אע"פ שהסוגיא שהועברה ממקום אחר היא סוגיא של ישיבה אחרת, כמו שבת פי"ט, יז ע"ב, כאן **עד** "איתא חמי" הועבר **מפסחים** פ"ו לג ע"ג־ע"ד, ומשם ואילך להיפך הועבר **משבת** לפסחים.

בהעברות אלו רגיל שעם הדברים השייכים גם למקום השני הועברו דברים שאינם שייכים כלל וכלל למקום השני, אלא שכל הסוגיא הועברה בצורתה ולפעמים אפילו עם דברים מענין אחר הסמוכים ותכופים לה; כך למשל פסחים פ"ד, לא ע"ב: כיצר היו מתירין בגמזיות של הקדש. אמרו להן חכמים וכו' (תוס' פסח' פ"ד) והורון כרבי יוסה. (עד כאן מאותו ענין, ואח"כ:) לית **הדא** פליגא על ר' יוחנן וכו' שנייה היא **בעריס** וכו'⁹ – שכל הקטע הזה כמו שהוא לקוח עם הסוגיא שלפניו **מפיאה** פ"ז כ ע"ג, ושם: **תמן תנינן מתירין בגמזיות של הקדש**. אמרו להן וכו', ששייך למ"ח רישא (המקדיש את כרמו וכו'), אבל "לית **הדא** פליגא" וכו' שייך **לסיפא** שם, "איזו היא שכחה בעריס בל שאינו יכול לפשוט את ידו" וכו', שהוא ענין אחר לגמרי, שאינו שייך כלל לפסחים.
