אצלו **שאין לך דבר משום שבות עומד בפני כתבי הקדש** (וגם רישא: היה קורא בספר על האסקופה וכו' – ר"ש היא, בבלי צח רע"א). להלכה זו הסמיך ר"ש את הערת־**הסיום** שלו: מקום וכו'¹³. וכשהכניס רבי כאן, אחרי מ"ג, את מ"ד–מ"ח, מ"ט–מ"י, ומי"א–מט"ו, ממקורות אחרים, השאיר את סיומו של **ר"ש במקומו**, בסוף המסכת. ע"י כך נעשו הדברים סתומים וחתומים, כי פי' הבבלי, שר"ש החולק על ת"ק של מי"ג (מי"ג!) ואינו מתיר אלא עניבה (ברייתא קג א) שהיא שבות, משיב בזה לבעל־מחלוקתו: ואם תשאלני למה א"כ אני מיקל בתחומין (בפ"ד מי"א!), הריני משיב: מקום וכו'; פירוש זה דחוק ורחוק בין מצד סגנון המשנה ובין מצד מרחק **המקום**¹⁴. footnotes:
