"שבהן השלוחין יוצאין **לסוריא** ובהן" וכו'' – המתנגדת אף היא למ"ג; שהרי לפי מ"ג כשביהמ"ק קיים יוצאין אף על אייר, ובוודאי שהיו יוצאין לחו"ל משום "דרך רחוקה" של פסח קטן. גם ההלכה "על כולן שלוחין 'וצאין מבערב" – היא **תקנת רבי** (ירוש' נח ע"א), אבל לענין מ"ד שנינו בתוס': וכן היה **ראב"צ** אומר אין השלוחין יוצאין **לסוריא** עד שישמעו מפי בית דין למחר. משנה ד' **קדומה** אפוא לראב"צ, בה בשעה שעל כולן
