ובפ"ב מ"ב שנינו: חטאות היחיד שכיפרו הבעלים¹ מתות ושל ציבור אינן מתות (סתם **כר"ש** שאחריו) וכו' אמר ר' שמעון מה מצינו בולד חטאת וכו', ורחוק לומר שמי ששנה משנה זו לא שנה כבר **לפניו** במקום אחר את ההלכה של חמש החטאות המתות (**שבפ"ד מ"א**).
