**אין שיער לבן סימן טומאה עד שיהיה בגוף הבהרת וכו'.** בפרק קמא דנגעים תנן על שתי שערות לבנות נסמך השחין לשתיהן או לאחת מהן הקיף השחין את שתיהן או את אחת מהן או חלקן השחין ומחית השחין והמכוה ומחית המכוה והבוהק להקל וא"ת הא קיימא לן ששיער לבן הוא סימן טומאה גם בשחין ומכוה וא"כ דל בהרת מהכא תיפוק ליה משום שחין ומכוה שיש בהם שיער לבן ויש לומר משכחת לה כגון שהיא מכה טריה ונקרא מורד ואינה מטמאה:

**ומה שכתב ספק שיער לבן קדם וכו' עד הרי זה טמא.** שם בסוף הפרק וכתנא קמא ואע״ג דבפרק הפועלים (בבא מציעא דף פ״ו) אמרינן דקב״ה אמר טהור לא בשמים היא ואע״ג דאמרינן מאן נוכח רבה בר נחמני ואיהו אמר טהור ויצתה נשמתו בטהרה י״ל דכיון דבשעת יציאת נשמה הוא דאמר הכי הוי בכלל לא בשמים היא ואינו כדאי להוציא מכלל שבידינו דהלכה כת״ק ועוד שבתחילת פרק ה' דנגעים סתם לן תנא הכי:
